					<description>Wow - that's a position I don't envy. I like teaching because I have a concrete and accessible way of improving the students. Creating curriculum seems so daunting to me. I wonder now if I'll ever be at all interested in being an administrator. 

Of course, I'm a first year teacher...conceptualizing 20 years in one position is still way beyond me. 

Kudos to you for taking it on! Don't lose touch with the people that are in with those kids everyday - you know better than I that they tend not to respond to those that do lose touch.</description>
